Hey there,
We’re excited to announce ClearPoint Next version 5.1! This release includes key improvements across AI, reports, exports, system settings, and more. We’ve made major progress toward a smoother and more reliable CP Next experience—especially for admins working in System Setup and users leveraging AI.
Here’s what’s new:
✨ Newly Available in CP Next
🗃️ Recycle Bin
Admins and Scorecard Admins can now manage deleted elements from a new centralized Recycle Bin page. Restore or permanently remove objectives, measures, initiatives, and more—with filters and search to help you find what you need.
🧾 Revision History Enhancements
Admins can now export the most recent 10,000 logs from the Revision History page, providing a complete snapshot of account-wide changes for auditing or analysis.
The Element Revision History also supports reverting individual field changes—so you can undo errors or easily recover from unwanted updates.
🛠️ System Setup: Expanded Admin Pages
System Setup now includes five new admin pages that will continue rolling out over future updates. In this release, admins can preview the setting overviews for:
-
🏢 Account Settings – Manage organization details, user roles, and account preferences.
-
🎨 Customizations – Personalize fields, labels, charts, and visual styles.
-
🔌 Integration – Set up and manage connections with external systems and data sources.
-
📊 Reports – Configure report templates, sharing settings, and automated exports.
-
🔐 Security – Control authentication, access permissions, and security protocols.
