Hey there,
We’re excited to announce ClearPoint Next version 5.2! This release brings key improvements to System Setup, user management, exports, charts, Gantt views, workflows, and more. With over 50 issues resolved, we’re continuing to refine the CP Next experience to make it more reliable and intuitive for all users—especially admins and report builders.
Here’s what’s new:
✨ Newly Available in CP Next
🧰 System Setup: More Admin Pages
The System Setup area continues to grow! This release adds more tools and updates to help admins configure the account. Admins can now preview the setting overviews for:
-
🏢 Account Settings – Manage organization details, user roles, and account preferences.
-
🎨 Customizations – Personalize fields, labels, charts, and visual styles.
-
🔌 Integration – Set up and manage connections with external systems and data sources.
-
📊 Reports – Configure report templates, sharing settings, and automated exports.
-
🔐 Security – Control authentication, access permissions, and security protocols.
These pages are still under development—more capabilities are coming soon!
👥 Manage Users: New Scorecard & Homepage Tab
Admins can now set user homepages and configure scorecard access from a single “Scorecards and Homepage” tab in each user’s profile. This simplifies permissions and personalization in one place.
🧾 User Access Reports (Exportable)
Admins can now export detailed reports of user access and user activity. These reports are downloadable to Excel and show up under “My Exports” once ready.
