Hey there,

We’re excited to announce ClearPoint Next version 16.5.47! This release adds powerful options for tailoring AI tools to your strategy workflows, along with another round of fixes and quality-of-life improvements across the app.

Here’s what’s new:

✨ Newly Available in CP Next

🧠 Custom AI Playbooks (Beta)

ClearPoint AI Playbooks now support custom workflows tailored to your organization. A Playbook is a structured, multi-step conversation with AI that guides users through repeatable strategy tasks—like onboarding a new department, running a SWOT, or creating OKRs. These experiences simplify complex processes, prompt the right information, and auto-generate strategic content with AI.

With this release, internal ClearPoint team members can now create and manage custom Playbooks specifically for your account. These Playbooks can reference your organizational knowledge base and leverage AI Memory to reflect your preferred tone and terminology. Once published, custom Playbooks appear in the AI Assistants > Playbooks section of the left navigation, and can be leveraged within your account.

By embedding your unique frameworks, terminology, and goals into the AI experience, Custom Playbooks help your team act faster, stay aligned, and gain insights in the language of your organization.
