Hey there,
We’re excited to announce ClearPoint Next version 16.5.48! This release continues our momentum in improving AI-powered workflows, report interactions, and layout consistency—alongside targeted updates in user settings, reporting periods, and diagram management.
Here’s what’s new:
✨ Newly Available in CP Next
🧠Expanded AI Playbooks
We’ve expanded the built-in Playbook options available in the AI Assistant (left navigation > AI Assistants > Playbooks). These prebuilt workflows guide users through key strategy-building tasks.
New playbooks now support:
- Creating enterprise-, department-, and industry-level strategic plans
- Onboarding new users or departments into ClearPoint
- Uncovering insights about performance trends, bottlenecks, and risks
AI Playbooks are available to all accounts with AI enabled. If you’d like to activate AI for your account or explore the Playbooks in action, reach out to your account manager or email us at [email protected].
📧 AI Email Response Capabilities
If your account has AI enabled, you can now reply directly to any ClearPoint email that includes a PDF export—like a published Briefing Book or page report. Just write your message in natural language and ClearPoint AI will analyze the attached report and take action for you.
You can ask for AI-generated insights, recommendations, or link updates to strategic elements—no need to log in. It’s the easiest way to keep your strategy moving forward right from your inbox.
