π ClearPoint Next 16.5.52 Release Highlights!

Hey there,
We're excited to announce ClearPoint Next version 16.5.52! This release delivers a wide range of reliability and usability improvements across navigation, charts, reports, fields, exports, and automation β making the platform feel faster, more consistent, and more dependable day to day.
Here's what's new:
π§ Enhancements and Fixes Across the Platform
Navigation & Scorecards
- Long scorecard names no longer get cut off in the left control panel
- The Home button now navigates to the correct scorecard landing page rather than your personal home page
- Archived scorecards no longer remain as your active home page after archiving
- Clicking a scorecard name in the left navigation correctly and consistently takes you to that scorecard's landing page
Charts & Data
- Charts now update immediately when measure data is entered or modified β no additional edit required
- The "Next N Periods" chart setting now correctly displays all selected periods
- The Edit Chart modal now reflects changes reliably without requiring a second edit to see updates
- Currency series now default to your account's default currency when adding or editing a series
Reports & Exports
- HTML exports now display correct element tab names and properly formatted pod content
- Exporting a scorecard report now exports only the selected report rather than the scorecards landing page
- Report sort order now saves and persists correctly
- HTML Text and HTML Data fields in grid reports now support inline editing without errors
- Inline editing for full-width columns in reports now works as expected
Fields & Custom Fields
- Custom field names now reflect correctly across all pages when element names are customized (including in drop-down lists and manage pages)
- Custom fields with bracket characters in their names no longer cause errors when saving
- Collaborator and multi-user picklist fields now retain all selected users when adding additional people
- Attachment fields now provide save confirmation immediately upon upload and reflect deletions without requiring a page refresh
- Data tokens in HTML fields now persist correctly after saving and re-saving
Manage Pages & Elements
- Users with Editor or Scorecard Admin permissions can now add elements from the Manage Elements page as expected
- Initiative fields on the Elements tab are now inline-editable
- Milestones no longer appear as a visible tab when the Initiative element type is hidden
- Element report counts on Manage Reports pages now accurately reflect only active, non-deleted reports
- Newly added series now appear immediately in the edit drawer without requiring a refresh
System Setup & Admin
- Default series now include the "Current Element" option when setting up calculated fields
- Fiscal Year creation now pre-populates the next chronological year based on your most recent existing fiscal year
- Custom fields can now be deleted without error
- Linked element access rules now apply consistently across the platform β elements a user doesn't have access to no longer appear in the left navigation or control panel
Automation & Reminders
- Bulk change scripts can now be edited and previewed as expected in ClearPoint Next
- Reminder schedules can now be created and saved from the edit drawer without issue
Workflows & Reporting Workflows
- Calendar date fields in Reporting Workflows now allow month navigation as expected
Series & Evaluations
- Aggregate status calculations can now be saved after all criteria are configured
- Objective Evaluations now save weight changes correctly and support decimal values
- Series with aggregate status calculations save reliably
