🎉 ClearPoint Next 16.5.57 Release Highlights!

We're excited to announce ClearPoint Next version 16.5.57! This release brings a major expansion of AI capabilities — including full Outlook connectivity, Teams AI parity with the in-app experience, AI email actions from chat, and the official ClearPoint MCP server — plus a wide set of workflow reliability and usability improvements.

Here's what's new:

✨ Newly Available in CP Next

🗓️ Connect Your Outlook to ClearPoint AI — Users can now link their personal Outlook account to ClearPoint directly from their profile (My Apps → Connect Outlook). Once connected, AI can answer questions like "What's my next meeting?" and help you prep — without leaving ClearPoint.

Admins must first enable the integration via System Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps. (Requires AI to be enabled.)

📧 AI Can Draft and Send Emails from Chat — Ask AI to follow up on a meeting or send a message to a teammate, and it will draft and route the email through your connected Outlook account — all from within ClearPoint chat. (Requires AI and Outlook connection.)

🤖 Teams AI Now Mirrors the In-App ClearPoint AI Experience — The ClearPoint AI bot in Microsoft Teams has been upgraded to match the full in-app AI experience — data-aware, calendar-aware, and consistent across surfaces. (Requires AI to be enabled and Teams integration configured.)

⚙️ Connected Apps: Org-Level Integration Management — Admins can now manage integrations centrally from Labs → System Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps. Enable Outlook, OneDrive/SharePoint, and more for your organization to unlock AI-powered features for your users.

🛠️ ClearPoint MCP Server Now Available in Labs — ClearPoint's official Model Context Protocol (MCP) server is now available in Labs → Settings → Integrations → MCP Server. It provides AI clients a secure, rate-limited, OAuth-authenticated connection to your ClearPoint data.

🔔 See All Your Default Notifications in One Place — The My Notifications page now lists which elements have default notifications (Any Change, Any Update, Any Edit) enabled — giving you a complete view of your notification setup at a glance.

📊 Smarter Visual Cues for Calculated & Locked Series — Calculated and locked series in measure data tables now appear grayed out even when you're not in inline editing mode, making it instantly clear which fields can be edited and which can't.

💬 Clear Feedback When Editing Non-Editable Series — When you attempt to click into a calculated, reference, or locked series, a helpful notification now appears to explain why the field isn't editable.

🔧 Enhancements and Fixes Across the Platform

⚙️ Reporting Workflows — Creating and saving reporting workflows now works reliably — the Save button correctly activates when all required fields are filled, and reporting workflows save as expected. Notifications now save without redirecting to a 404 page.

🗂️ Manage Scorecards — Views — Custom views on the Manage Scorecards page now delete correctly after confirmation.

✏️ Inline Editing Accuracy — The inline editor now immediately reflects saved content after updating Analysis or HTML fields, with no stale data appearing after a save.

🗓️ Series & Data Table Improvements — Series can now be properly reordered in the Edit Series drawer. Calculations can be reassigned, including back to "No Calculation." The Edit Series panel order now matches the Measure Data table column order. Locked series settings no longer block all measure data table updates.

📤 PDF Export — Text cards no longer get cut off when exporting initiative detail pages to PDF.

🔔 Workflows, Notifications & Navigation — Workflow links in Next now correctly point to the Next environment for By Scorecard users. The Automations section is now visible in the left nav for all By Scorecard users.

🏷️ UI & Account Polish — Left-hand nav dropdowns no longer expand unexpectedly. Strategy Maps load and render correctly. Custom Logout URLs now work as expected. The measure column header now correctly displays "Measures." Delete confirmation modals now show the correct item type.
