Hey there,
We're excited to announce ClearPoint version 16.5.63! This release brings a big round of improvements to briefing book and report exports, report layouts and column widths, permissions accuracy, connector performance, and everyday editing across the platform.
Here's what's new:
π Completed work carries forward Elements marked Completed now carry their Status and % Complete forward into future reporting periods automatically, so finished work stays finished without re-entering it each cycle.
π§ Calculated series through the ClearPoint connector Calculated series are now fully documented in the Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector schema, so ratios, variance-to-target, and year-over-year roll-ups can be built through the connector as well as in the app.
π Briefing Books print the way they look on screen Configured headers now appear on printed Briefing Books, full report text prints without clipping, and column widths hold their shape across every page of an export.
π€ More dependable exports Export to PDF, Export to Email, and Download View now complete reliably, manage pages with a filter applied export instead of failing silently, and changes to an HTML Export are saved before you navigate away.
β‘ Faster large reports Reports with many elements now return their content faster, cutting the wait before the first rows appear.
π Steadier report layouts and column widths Column percentages stay in sync when you edit widths or switch tabs, Reset to Equal Widths behaves predictably, and newly created measures now appear under Include Charts.
ποΈ Better layout building Scorecard layouts now surface every available chart reference card, including charts brought over from Classic, and card settings preview live on the pod behind the dialog as you edit them.
π€ Status Icon and Link tokens in the editor Both tokens are now selectable from the token menu and stay properly aligned with surrounding text when you bold, resize, or apply list formatting.
π Clearer charts and number formatting Status Snapshot charts on a detail page now show the parent measureβs name, text series values display correctly, and percent symbols sit on the correct side of the value.
βοΈ Smoother scorecard and element editing Adding several measures to an objective links them automatically, changing a parent scorecard keeps your other edits intact, bulk-adding categories works from the objective link drawer, and Hide Completed Initiatives applies consistently.
π More reliable reporting periods A reporting period now saves correctly even when a previously deleted period holds the same date.
π€ AI and automation improvements AI-generated PowerPoint reports now build successfully, and the Automations app search under Settings β Integrations returns results again. (AI features require ClearPoint AI to be enabled on your account.)
π A faster, leaner ClearPoint connector The Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector now returns smaller, more precise responses, handles parallel requests without timing out, and supports filtered reads β so large exports and multi-step requests complete reliably.
π§ Navigation and access polish Quick Find stays clear once you empty it, switching from Classic into Next no longer requires an extra sign-in, and setup screens read more cleanly.
π― OKR display improvements Long objective and key result names now display cleanly on the OKR summary page.
