🎉 ClearPoint 16.5.64 Release Highlights!

We’re excited to announce ClearPoint version 16.5.64! This release rounds out Reusable Cards into genuine dashboard building blocks, and brings improvements to reporting exports, inline editing, and reporting-period workflows.

✨ What’s New in ClearPoint Next

📈 Richer KPI Value cards The KPI Value card now shows a primary current value with an optional secondary trend or variance value beneath it, titles itself from the source element by default, and resizes its numbers to fit the card.

🔗 Click through from a card to its source KPI Value and Sparkline cards can now link straight to the detail page of the element supplying their data — switch it on per card. The link respects your existing access to that element.

🏷️ Clearer card type labels Cards on a layout now show what kind of card they are — KPI Value, Sparkline, or Notes — instead of a generic “Widget” label.

🔧 Enhancements and Fixes Across the Platform

📄 Complete Briefing Book exports Strategic Plan Briefing Books now include the full scorecard report instead of stopping after the first two pages.

✏️ Inline editing in grid reports Actual values in grid reports now open for inline editing as expected when the selected period is editable.

📅 Reliable Copy Forward on measures Copy Forward now fills a destination period’s blank fields from the source period you select.

🕓 Readable status history Status history now displays the status or custom status name instead of an internal ID.

🤖 A cleaner ClearPoint AI toggle The “Show ClearPoint AI” control now displays in full in the Analysis and Recommendations window.

👁️ Full element names on hover Long element names that get shortened on screen now show in full when you hover over them.

🏛️ Classic Application Maintenance

The following improvements are included for ClearPoint Classic users in this release:

🗂️ Scorecard manage pages load reliably Manage pages now open as expected even when a scorecard still references a user who has since been removed.
