🎉 ClearPoint 16.5.66 Release Highlights!

We're excited to announce ClearPoint version 16.5.66! This release brings Scorecard Approvals to ClearPoint Next, more readable Gantt charts, and a round of improvements to layouts, reusable cards, charts, and reporting periods.

Here's what's new:

✨ New in ClearPoint Next

✅ Scorecard Approvals Require approval before updates, edits, additions, or deletions take effect on a scorecard. Scorecard owners and collaborators review pending changes from a new My Approvals page, submitters can cancel their own pending changes, and elements stay locked with a clear pending badge until a decision is made. Approvals is an Enterprise feature — reach out to your account manager to turn it on for your account.

🏠 Set My AI Briefing as your homepage You can now land on your My AI Briefing page every time you sign in, or clear your homepage selection entirely. (Requires ClearPoint AI to be enabled on your account.) See the guide to My AI Briefing.

📅 More readable Gantt charts The first column now uses your own element name instead of a generic “Task,” so a renamed Initiative shows through as you named it. Element names link straight to their detail page, and a new Wrap Names option in the Options menu lets longer names wrap onto multiple lines instead of being cut off.

🎯 Accurate colors on “lower is better” measures Evaluation criteria on inverted thresholds now generate in the correct direction, so threshold charts and gauges render the right band order without rewriting each rule by hand.

🔧 Enhancements and Fixes Across the Platform

🧩 Steadier layouts and reusable cards Saving a layout across a whole scorecard now applies your visual settings without overwriting each element’s own card content, reusable KPI cards show which measure each available series belongs to, and the embed link card is simpler — a single Embed URL field with no unused link text.

📊 Custom JSON charts size correctly Custom JSON charts now render at their intended height on first load and inside grid reports, without needing a page refresh.

📆 More dependable copy forward and reporting periods Copy Forward now carries Milestone Status into the new period, and the Milestones data table on a detail page shows every period in your reporting frequency.

🗂️ Owner updates save and display Bulk owner updates now appear in the platform right away and match what comes through in your exports.

♿ Accessibility improvements Discussion button icons now meet contrast standards, and the ClearPoint AI chat panel uses a clearer heading structure for screen readers.
