We're excited to announce ClearPoint version 16.5.67! This release brings attachments into your PDF and Briefing Book exports, refines Scorecard Approvals, workflows, and strategy maps, and delivers a broad round of export, reporting, chart, and project-management improvements.

Here's what's new:

✨ New in ClearPoint Next

📎 Attachments in your exports PDF and image attachments are now collected into an appendix at the end of PDF and Briefing Book exports, with a link from each page to its attachments.

✅ Scorecard Approvals refinements Pending changes are easier to spot, with compact pending indicators on report cells, cards, and detail pages, and approvers now see an “AI generated” tag when a pending change was written by ClearPoint AI. Approvals is an Enterprise feature — reach out to your account manager to turn it on for your account.

🔐 “Check Permissions” in workflow previews Workflow previews now flag any assigned user who has No Access or Browser-only access to their element, so admins can fix access before the workflow goes out.

🗺️ Clearer strategy maps Elements already placed on a map are now marked in the element list to prevent accidental duplicates, and a new option shows element-type icons on the map.

🏠 Your new My Scorecard page See every element you own or collaborate on, across all your scorecards, in one place. Go to My ClearPoint > My Scorecard to see your elements grouped by scorecard and type, with status, reporting period, owners, and discussion counts on each card. Filter by scorecard or element type, or switch to a table view — see the guide to using My Scorecard.

🔧 Enhancements and Fixes Across the Platform

📄 More polished PDF and Briefing Book exports Exports now show the report name in the header, long element names wrap cleanly beside Briefing Book navigation links, embedded dashboards print two chart rows per page, extra blank pages between reports are gone, pasted text keeps consistent fonts, and printed Gantt charts show longer names alongside their dates.

📋 More reliable reports and grids Reports now load initiative descriptions and custom fields — including fields from linked elements — on first open, elements appear in the correct report columns, summary report grids load promptly, grid headers stay pinned while scrolling, HTML exports scroll long content instead of cutting it off, and Manage Scorecards exports keep your sort order.

📈 Charts and calculations Column + Target Line charts now draw the target line in front of the columns by default, custom chart types save correctly, Actual and Target labels no longer overlap when values are close, Explorer connectors show their status on straight lines, calculated fields update promptly, and Quarter to Date calculations resolve as expected.

🗂️ Project management and Kanban Gantt Percent Complete now saves and refreshes right away, List View can create new Parent Milestones, Browser users can no longer drag Kanban cards, and Kanban board management controls now appear only for Administrators, who can create and manage boards.

⚙️ Settings, profile, and permissions You can add multiple series at once in Settings, change your password from My Profile, save Actual YTD vs. YTD Target evaluation criteria, and see a properly capitalized “Period” header in data tables. Owner assignments save reliably, embedded links in custom pods open as expected, snapshots create without a false error, reordering template pages keeps hidden pages in place, and linked rows in reports respect each element’s scorecard access.

♿ Accessibility improvements Focus stays on Briefing Book pages after keyboard reordering, Tab moves cell to cell while editing data tables, Escape closes the Discussion panel, dialogs keep Cancel available while processing, and export status messages are announced in order for screen readers — see our accessibility compliance overview.

🏛️ Classic Application Maintenance

The following fixes are included for ClearPoint Classic users:

👤 Owner card displays again The Owner card on element detail pages now shows the assigned owner.

📊 Objective reports pull quarterly data Objective reports now display data for quarterly reporting periods as expected.

📄 Cleaner two-column PDF exports A right-column field that runs onto the next page now stays in the right column instead of dropping under the left one.

🧮 Faster calculated fields Calculated fields now update promptly after their source values change.
