Hey there,
We're excited to announce ClearPoint version 16.5.68! This release adds new project management tools, reference reports that span scorecards, configurable Gantt charts, and more room on reusable report cards, and brings smoother links, cleaner HTML exports, and more reliable evaluations and notifications.
Here's what's new:
🗂️ More Advanced Project Management tools The Gantt Quarters zoom now follows your organization’s fiscal year, data table pods on initiatives are labeled “Initiative Data,” and a new Hide Completed toggle on My Scorecard lets you focus on active work.
🔗 Reference reports across scorecards Reference reports can now point to reports in other scorecards, so you can build one simple list of the reports your team needs, no matter where they live.
📊 Choose your Gantt columns on detail pages Gantt charts on detail pages now let you choose which columns to show, so initiative and milestone names have room to breathe.
✅ Complete milestones right from the Gantt The Gantt milestone popup now has a Completed switch. Turning it on fills in today’s date if Completed Date is blank, and switching back to incomplete hides the date again.
🃏 More reusable report cards Reusable Report cards now hold up to six cards instead of four.
🤖 Reply to your Daily Digest with ClearPoint AI Replies to Daily Digest emails now reach ClearPoint AI, so you can ask a follow-up question right from your inbox. AI must be enabled for your account.
🔗 Links that behave like Classic Links in rich text fields — in reports, comments, and alerts — now open in the same tab, so your browser’s Back button works as expected. Links set to open in a new tab still do.
📄 Cleaner HTML exports HTML exports now size grid report pods to fit all of their rows, published HTML cards no longer show editing controls, and the HTML Exports list refreshes as soon as an export finishes or is deleted.
📌 More accurate initiative details The Calculated Percent Complete pod now shows time elapsed, matching its data table column and ClearPoint Classic, and a relabeled Collaborators field now shows your custom label on initiative detail pages.
🧭 Smoother navigation Explorer view now shows scorecard names, the “Update” link in reminder emails takes you straight to My Updates, even if you need to sign in first, and approval and mention alerts in the bell now open the approvals page or the element directly.
📋 Workflows and reporting The Workflow Summary page now scrolls as one page so the user table has room, and series status cells show shadow period text only where a measure’s frequency doesn’t match the column.
🧮 Evaluations, series, and charts Objective Auto Eval now calculates on the first save, even when weights don’t total 100; Aggregate Series added to initiatives no longer default to Measures; new measures created on the Series Data tab appear right away; and the Modern Stacked Bar chart’s y-axis title now reflects your settings.
🛠️ Editing and setup Elements consistently require a name before they can be saved, Add Multiple in Project Resources saves every row, reusable grid cards open on double-click, the API key drawer shows the current mapped user after reassignment, and the Remove image button stays visible when uploading a status icon.
🔐 More reliable sign-in Users who saw an “Invalid login” message on certain accounts can now sign in normally, and password reset links always reach the right account when one email address is used in several accounts.
