With the release of version 16.5.8, managing multiple users is now more efficient and user-friendly than ever. These enhancements streamline the process of bulk editing, deleting, and onboarding users, ensuring that admins can handle large groups of users with ease.

Updated Manage Users Page

The Manage Users page has been revamped to match the formatting of other 'Manage Pages' in ClearPoint Strategy, such as the Manage Scorecards page.

• Consistent Formatting: The Manage Users page now mirrors the format of other list pages in the application, ensuring a familiar and intuitive user experience. Since users cannot be undeleted, there is no 'Show Deleted' option.
• User Information Display: Users are listed in a table format, displaying details such as First Name/Last Name (Department) - Email, User Type, Department, and last login timestamp.
• Multi-Select Checkboxes: Each user row includes a checkbox for multi-selection, allowing for efficient bulk actions.
• Dynamic Search: Users can search by First/Last name, Email, or Department, with the list dynamically filtering based on the search criteria.

Adding Multiple Users with Welcome Email Option

When adding multiple users, admins can enable the "Send Welcome Email" checkbox, ensuring new users receive onboarding emails upon being added.

Bulk Editing Users

Admins can now edit multiple users simultaneously, streamlining the management of user profiles and permissions.

• Admins can modify Manager, Department, and time zone for selected users in one action. However, bulk-editing restrictions include First/Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and Notification Settings.
• Selected users will not be listed in the Managers dropdown to prevent self-assignment.

Bulk Editing User Access Permissions

Admins can update scorecard permissions for multiple users at once, with options to edit or replace permissions, ensuring there are enough seats before saving changes.

• Edit Permissions: Admins can add or edit permissions while keeping existing ones where no conflicts arise.
• Replace Permissions: Admins can remove all current permissions and replace them with new ones. The option to "Remove Access to All Scorecards" is also available under Replace Permissions.

Bulk Deleting Users

Admins can now delete multiple users at once, facilitating efficient user management. A bulk delete option is available on the Manage Users page, allowing admins to delete multiple users in one action, with a confirmation prompt to ensure the correct users are removed.
