Hey there,

We’re excited to announce ClearPoint Next version 4.1! This release introduces powerful new features and enhancements for automations, HTML tokens, and scheduling. These updates will streamline your workflow, improve reporting flexibility, and provide more control over your data visualizations.

Here’s what’s new in this release:

✨ Newly Available in CP Next

🗓 Automations: Workflows & Schedules in Table and Calendar Views
Admins and Scorecard Admins can now manage reporting workflows and schedules from intuitive new views. See everything in a sortable table or toggle to a calendar view to spot timing conflicts and patterns with ease. You can view, create, edit, duplicate, delete, preview, and send emails without opening each workflow individually.

📬 Email Schedule & Workflow History Tracking
Each schedule now includes a detailed History tab, giving you a full record of past runs—so you always know what was sent and when.

💡 Calendar View with Filters and Export Options
A new calendar view displays all active schedules and automations by day, week, or month. Filter by type and export to an .ics file to sync with your external calendars.

🧩 HTML Tokens Now Supported in Data Fields
Create flexible, data-driven layouts with HTML tokens in your data fields. These dynamic fields work seamlessly in summary reports, the Manage Elements list view, and inside edit drawers—bringing visual clarity to your most important metrics.
