You can ask for AI-generated insights, recommendations, or link updates to strategic elements—no need to log in. It’s the easiest way to keep your strategy moving forward right from your inbox.

A Playbook is a structured, multi-step conversation with AI that guides users through repeatable strategy tasks—like onboarding a new department, running a SWOT, or creating OKRs. These experiences simplify complex processes, prompt the right information, and auto-generate strategic content with AI.

With this release, internal ClearPoint team members can now create and manage custom Playbooks specifically for your account. These Playbooks can reference your organizational knowledge base and leverage AI Memory to reflect your preferred tone and terminology. Once published, custom Playbooks appear in the AI Assistants > Playbooks section of the left navigation, and can be leveraged within your account.

Default Action Item and Risk reports now show the correct period context, aligning them with the reporting frequency of the associated element. No more guessing which period your data represents!

Blank calculated fields now export as empty cells instead of displaying ā€œ[object]ā€ in Excel. This update ensures that exports look polished and professional across all formats.

  • Previewing a Briefing Book now opens only one tab (instead of one correct + one 404)
  • HTML Export → ā€œLink Reportā€ button opens the correct page
  • Footer preview now loads as expected in Briefing Book edit drawer
  • PDF Exports now render properly when zoom is below 100%
  • Long text fields now wrap to the next line in detail views
  • Recipients tab now accessible when editing a Briefing Book or HTML Export
